Meet the faces of Crewe Fitness Club

Katie Crewe

Katie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism certified trainer. She has been coaching for 9 years and passionate about empowering others through knowledge and strength. It’s important to Katie to create a friendly and inclusive environment where people feel excited to come and train. She’s there to assist with form and technique, workout programming, pregnancy and postpartum training, and provide helpful dietary suggestions and ensure you get the most out of your time at Crewe Fitness Club.

Allan Crewe

Allan is a certified personal trainer and jiu jitsu black belt with many years of experience coaching athletes, gen pop clients, and running classes for clients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Allan is kind and supportive and has a special focus on training clients to improve their strength and athleticism.

We believe in fostering a close-knit community where our members not only share physical space but are there to support and uplift one another. Our vision is to create an environment that empowers women to thrive on their unique journeys to health and strength.

The gym is built for women to feel strong, supported, and confident. It’s important to us to create a positive space where people can start their lifting journey or continue to reach their goals, while respecting the phase of life they’re currently in.

 

We know that every woman's path is different. Whether you're picking up weights for the first time or staying active as a mom-to-be, we've got you covered. No judgment, just support and encouragement.

What Sets Us Apart

Personalized Environment

With our limited membership, you'll never have to worry about feeling crowded or rushed. This is your space to take your time. Our maximum class size is limited to 8 participants, ensuring personalized attention and ample space for every movement. Open Gym sessions are capped at five members per hour, allowing you uninterrupted access to space and equipment.
